Every year, more than 1,200 young adults age out of foster care in Texas without a permanent family connection. Many face challenges securing housing, employment, transportation, and the support systems most young adults rely upon.
At Hope Beyond 18™, we believe no young person should face adulthood alone.
Through housing support, mentorship, community partnerships, and faith-rooted
encouragement, we are working to ensure that aging out does not mean being left behind.
But we cannot do it alone.
